My recent work for January 2017

Recent Art Work

     I currently have art work on display at the gallery in the Metropolitan Artist Lofts building in St. Louis, MO, USA. My work is part of an artist collective named Art at the Met. This exhibit is part of the Grand Center cultural and entertainment district events which are hosted on the first Friday of each month.
     For this show I focused on nature. I used a variety of techniques that include collage, metal, pencil, color pencil, and water color.

Happy New Year

2017: Happy New Year

2016 was quite an interesting year. I got very distracted from my blog because of various events: job changes, personal dramas, and the election.

One of my New Year resolutions is to post to my blog on a regular basis. I have been changing as an artist. My focus is moving from digital photography to collage. From collage I want to paint and draw more. This will be my new direction which happens to be my original direction.
